No returns on consignment or clearance items. New store inventory must be returned within two weeks, in it’s original condition with tags attached. Returns will be refunded to a store gift card or store credit.
We are pleased to offer saddle trials prior to purchase, please contact the store for details.
What We Collect
We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. User information collected for example would be names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Tudor Equestrian does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third-party processor.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, particularly:

- We may use the information to improve our products and services
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

Shipping and Handling
Tudor Equestrian currently ships within North America only. All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. We only ship on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.
Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated.
While we can currently offer only FedEx and USPS online, if you would prefer a shipping quote from Canada Post, please send us an email with the item link(s) to [email protected], providing your postal code and we will happily gather this information for you.
Alternately, avoid missing out on your item and complete your order online selecting the Instore Pickup delivery option. Then, send us an email to request shipment via Canada Post and we can charge the shipping after the fact.
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option!
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
