Return Policy

 No returns on consignment or clearance items. New store inventory must be returned within two weeks, in it’s original condition with tags attached. Returns will be refunded to a store gift card or store credit.

We are pleased to offer saddle trials prior to purchase, please contact the store for details.

What We Collect

We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. User information collected for example would be names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Tudor Equestrian does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third-party processor.

Shipping and Handling

Tudor Equestrian currently ships within North America only. All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. We only ship on Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Our preference for order shipping is Canada Post. Once location is entered in your online order, your shipping fee will be calculated. 

For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option! 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  The system will automatically provide a tracking numbers for all shipments.
